The dispatcher was very helpful with. He actually lost towing me because he helped me figure out my ignition problem on
my caravan. Sometimes it is not all about the money just honest customer service.
Falcon has towed cars for my family since the mid 90's when
my teen's fender flopper would either quit or get banged up. I believe Joe only had one truck at that time. The absolute most
inconvenient tow we presented to him was from Stone Mtn after July 4th fireworks when the Jeep wouldn't start. He or one of
his driver's has always been there not long after a call. In fact, my son's car decided to quit today for whatever reason
and once again Falcon came to our rescue. I've never had any problems with contacting them, their care for my vehicles, their
charges or their behavior.
